Listen carefully to his speech at the National Prayer Breakfast today
If we needed any more evidence for how delusional Donald Trump is, it’s all there in his rambling speech to attendees at the National Prayer Breakfast on February 6, 2025. Not only did he repeat his belief that God saved his life when a person shot at him last year, he reconfirmed his belief that God has special plans for him in leading America and the world to greatness. And not even the U.S, Supreme Court will hold him responsible for committing further crimes in God’s name while he is President.
And people at the prayer breakfast applauded his words. Apparently they don’t consider his assertions to be delusional. They are suffering from the same delusions — that God favors the United States and therefore God favors Trump.
I would expect that even people who believe in a God would consider Trump’s assertions to be highly arrogant, if not blasphemous, but by their own actions many attendees at the prayer breakfast show that they believe that their God has chosen this deeply flawed, narcissistic criminal to be their leader.
Do you trust that man to act responsibly as your leader, let alone as a leader chosen by God?
