I bought your book, read it and enjoyed it, Clem. Thanks for writing it. I share much of the hopefulness of the post ego project, but not with as much optimism as you seem to have. My understanding of us humans leads me to believe that it will be very difficult, if not impossible, for us to overcome our individuality narcissistic and destructive tendencies.

One specific idea that has occurred to me recently, and that I have just written about is this: During meditation, rather than focusing on our breath, as many practitioners recommend, we could put our hands on our heads, feel the warmth from our brains, and ponder their awesome power and danger as they make decisions about how we behave.
