Since I first published this article, I have updated the list of prepositions in it to make it closer to my memorized version. In trying to recall that version after many years of dormancy, I observed that there were some weaknesses in my long-term memory of the sequence, which is entirely an auditory/oral memory. By repeating it over and over again I have managed to refresh the links in the sequence to restore what I think is the original sequence of 40 prepositions that I memorized years ago. I also noticed that looking at the written sequence of prepositions was of no help, but rather a hindrance, in recalling the auditory/oral sequence.
