Sorry, I don't think it follows that two people thinking of each other "at the same time" (how wide an interval would you accept for that?) is related to quantum entanglement at all. I haven't talked to my sister in a few months, and I've been thinking of calling her. She is probably thoinking of calling me, too, any day now, and the likelihood of one of us calling the other soon is increasing. So if she calls me today, I wouldn't be surprised and resort to quantum entanglement to explain it.
