Considering your circumstances, I have been trying to find a way to give you a gift membership to Medium for a year, but there doesn't seem to be a way to do that without having an email address for you. (I have asked Medium's Help assistants about that, and they say that's necessary.)

It seems too public to ask you for an email address and for you to provide it through responses like this, but maybe, since I don't want you to give out your usual email address, you could just create a new, temporary email address for this purpose (the Medium help people suggested that) and send that by reply to this. I won't use it except to give you the gift subscription.
