When I suggest human-designed image projection devices as explanations for some UAP sightings, I'm not denying the possibility of alien visitations for some others, and I'm certainly not denying the possibility of super-intelligent life forms elsewhere in the universe.

Regarding alien visitations, my current view is basically that intelligent life forms from elsewhere might well have become aware of our human existence as an example of a transitional form from biological life to post-biological life. They might be interested in studying us for that reason.

If so, questions remain about how they discovered us, how they are observing us, what they themselves are made of, and, if they are visiting us physically how they got here and how long it took them to get here (relative to our average lifetimes and their average lifetimes).
