Yes, but unfortunately Arendt's observation tells us that we probably cannot expel evil from our world, except locally and temporarily. For there are several kinds of evil including the evil of cruelty, the evil of indifference, and the evil of stupidity. A person who kills other people with an assault rifle exhibits the evil of cruelty. But people who allow such weapons to be sold to the public exhibit the evils of stupidity or indifference.

And each new generation produces more such people. So even if we can learn to overcome our evils of indifference and stupidity individually, there are always more people who have to learn to overcome them.
