You have provided many good, concrete examples to support your thesis, which I agree with entirely. I had an early musical education, and although I can no longer play the violin (70 years later), I appreciate how much it contributed to my mental development as a mathematician, computer scientist, and writer.

Your article also supports my thesis, expressed in my essay “What Are Ideas -- Where do they live and how do they grow?”, that ideas literally live and grow as neural networks in our nervous systems.
